I cannot give a product review due to the fact that I still have not received my order. I placed an order on June 1st with the intent on replenishing my fly boxes before my trip to Alaska at the end of June. It is now the 17th of June and I have still not received anything. Maybe USPS should not be the choice for shipping!
Update: I am so disappointed with this company, especially after reading all the glowing reviews about fast shipping. I was told on Wednesday June 17th that a replacement order was being expedited to me. I should have been receiving it today (June 19th) due to the notification that UPS sent me. Now it wont be here until Monday June 22nd because it sat at UPS all day on the 18th! How is this expidited shipping.

Thomas, our apologies for the delay in shipping; as you've probably seen, it appears to be hung up at one of the USPS distribution sites. We're sending out a second order (expedited) this morning via UPS.

Update: Thomas, we're truly sorry that you've had two shipping experiences fall short, especially with a time-sensitive order before your Alaska trip. When your original USPS shipment stopped moving, we immediately sent a replacement using a faster UPS service (2 business days). Unfortunately, UPS also experienced an unexpected delay after accepting the package, and we understand how frustrating that is.

We know that from your perspective, the shipping carrier is our responsibility, and we don't take that lightly. While we can't control carrier delays once a package is in their network, we do everything we can to resolve issues quickly, including replacing lost or delayed orders at no cost to our customers.

We sincerely apologize that we weren't able to get your order to you as quickly as either of us expected. If there's anything further we can do to help, please contact us directly - we'll do our best to make this right.
